In-house Mould Making - CAD/CAM |
3D designs utilise industry standard CAD tools; ProEngineer, Unigraphics, VisiCam & AutoCAD. Rapid prototyping / stereo lithography models can be made if required.
Approved CAD, parametric design data is sent directly to our tooling factory and used throughout the process via our Computer Integrated Manufacturing system. CNC machine centres, computer-controlled EDM & wire-cutting, as well as grinding, milling and polishing machines are employed. This enables short lead times for new tools or modifications.

Moulding: |
Our moulding factory produces all types of cabinets, buttons, light guides, double-shot mouldings and precision mechanical parts in engineering materials. We have over 80 moulding machines ranging from 20T/40g shot to 460T/1530g shot weight. |

Finishing: |
Full facilities are available for supporting decoration and spray painting, UV- silk-screening for abrasion-durability enhancement and pad printing for contoured surfaces. |

The Decoration Workshop is equipped with class 10,000 dust controlled automatic spray room and a class 100,000, dust controlled production room and fully automated color mixing system. Facilities include; Robotic spray paint booth, multi-temperature zone curing ovens together with fully-automatic multicolored pad printer, and Precision Silk-screening. |
